Meet our Pastors

Randall Popham is a Georgia native who was saved, called to ministry, married and ordained at the First Baptist Church of Woodstock, GA. He graduated High School in 1991 from Etowah High School in Cherokee County, GA. In 1994 Randall married Dana and the two moved to Greenville, SC to attend college at North Greenville College. At North Greenville, Randall received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Studies with a minor in Fine Arts. In 2003 Randall graduated from Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY with a Masters of Divinity in Evangelism and Church Planting.

Randall has served in four churches. He served two churches in Greenville, SC as a Youth Minister while attending North Greenville. After graduating in 1998, Randall began his work at his third church. At First Baptist Church of Hendersonville, NC, Randall served as the High School Youth Pastor and Student Ministry Director. In 2003 Randall became the Associate Pastor and directed the Evangelism and Mission Ministries of the church. In 2005 Randall became the Lead Pastor of Lanier Hills Church in Gainesville, GA.

Randall and Dana have four amazing children.

Trent Dollyhigh was born and raised in Mt. Airy “Mayberry”, North Carolina where he attended Surry Central High School then Surry Community College and played basketball for six years. He then transferred to Appalachian State University where he majored in Middle School education science and math. In the summer of 1995 Trent served as a Summer Missionary in Katima Mulilo, Namibia, Africa. He taught at Hendersonville Middle School in North Carolina for six months before going into full-time ministry at First Baptist Hendersonville, North Carolina where he served as the Middle School Youth Pastor with his wife Marianna. In 1998 Trent went to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina to finish his Masters of Divinity in 2000. While there he served as a part-time Youth Pastor at Springs of Life Church in Durham, North Carolina. Trent then went to First Baptist Opelika, Alabama to serve as their full-time Youth Pastor. In 2005 he went to Lanier Hills Church where he served as Associate Pastor. In 2010 Trent planted the North Hall Church Campus with a core group of 20 'pioneers' where he now serves as Pastor.

Trent and Marianna have six beautiful children. They adopted Sazo and Annie in 2011 from Ethiopia. Trent enjoys sports and the great outdoors through basketball, backpacking, mtn biking, road biking, archery, hunting, fishing, triathlons, and camping with the family.

Marianna has been an amazing 'stay at home' mom from the beginning influencing the children for the future.
